Board Games
This week, we are moving on to organizing board games, video games and puzzles.
First, donate what you no longer use. In the Organize 365 Facebook group Krissy suggested donating the games to your kids’ schools for indoor recess!!
Here is where our board games live. We have the space, and they all fit nicely, so I am leaving them as is. However, if your game cabinet is overflowing… here are some AMAZING game storage ideas!

In a previous post, I shared how I put our DVDs and CDs in albums and throw away the cases. I also put the kids’ video games in cases, but I KEEP the covers to resell them with the games.
Last summer, we went through their games and only came up with a few to get rid of. Now, 8 months later, they are ready to part with this WHOLE stack!

Puzzles
I am a puzzle fanatic. When I was in high school, my grandmother and I traveled to Ohio University to compete in a national jigsaw competition.
Unfortunately, during this stage of my life, I rarely have time for puzzles. I usually do one when we are at the beach in July and another one at Christmas.
If you are looking for where to donate your old puzzles, nursing homes love them!!
Here are some great puzzles storage ideas for all my fellow jigsaw lovers!

I LOVE this idea from Between 3 Sisters. She uses this photo box from Iris to store the puzzles above.

The Navy Stripe has a great idea for organizing toddler puzzles using binder pencil pouches. Great for slipping in a diaper bag.

And Livin’ the Mommy Life shows how to put those puzzles in ziplock bags.
So, what about you? Do you have any board game, video game or puzzle organization ideas to share?
